Joyful Minds, LLC was founded by Joy Howard, and educator with over 20 years experience. Mrs. Howard is a Certified SPED T.A and has years of experience as a Behavioral Support Specialist, a Pre-K Teacher, an In-Home Support Specialist, and a church youth counselor. Mrs. Howard has served at Austin ISD and Texas Empowerment Academy. At Joyful Minds, Mrs. Howards believes in making learning an enjoyable and enriching experience for all elementary students. She is committed to providing personalized attention and support to help students thrive academically and develop a love for learning.
